In all seriousness, not all porn is bad. If you think that every woman in porn is trafficked or being objectified, then you are the delusional one, sorry to say. There are things called “softcore” and “homemade” porn that are literally just sex. If you think sex is objectifying to women, then you are on the wrong side of feminism. Sexual liberation is important.

On the same note, if you try to control what men do or judge them for it, you are also on the wrong side of feminism. Feminism is about equality of the sexes and men deserve free will & choice too. What other people do in the privacy of their own home is literally none of your business.

On a final note, open your mind more sexually. This may sound hard to hear but some of the women in those objectifying pornos /like/ being objectified. In fact, a lot of women I know have that kink. That doesn’t mean they want random dudes slapping their butts in the street, in means in the privacy of their bedrooms, they like their male partners to be rough and call them names. It’s also literally none of your business.

Because, guess what? Men are actually capable of distinguishing what’s real and what’s not. They don’t play video games and want to kill eachother. They can get their happy rocks off to objectifying porn and not actually believe in objectifying women. Some men may, but that does not mean all men or that’s it’s a majority. I do not have a single male friend who does not watch porn and all of my male friends are the sweetest, most caring, male feminists I’ve ever met.

What somebody wants to do in the privacy of their own bedroom is up to them, as long as it isn’t harming anybody. You cannot expect a man (or a woman) to give up an entirely God-given sensation to them just because it “hurts your feelings”, or some other reason. If you don’t masturbate, that’s your choice and I WONT judge you, but I will stay don’t limit yourself a great, euphoric feeling just because of such strict beliefs. Life is so short, do what makes you happy. Including having a fulfilled sex life, if that’s what you want.

One last point: a lot of women are against masturbation because of parental beliefs. In my eyes, isn’t telling your daughter not to experience herself really the objectifying thing? Daughters are human beings and they will have sex. Treating girls like some perfect little porcelain is objectifying.

You obviously did not read my comment, which shows me how closed-minded you are.

There are two main types of porn stars: Industry Porn Stars, who sign a contract (and are all 10 of those women) and Genuine Porn Stars, who work entirely on their own terms.

As for the Industry, PornHub actually is actively working against the Industry and have started paying real couples royalties on videos they upload so that they can have more real and healthy porn on their site. They also have links on their site about sexual wellness, resources for trafficked women, and other stuff that’s really important.

Porn itself isn’t bad. The people who have twisted it, the people who kidnap little girls and sell their videos are bad.

I suggest looking for porn YOU like (there are websites out there who only have amateur couple videos and other niche things you may like). Women having sex is not objectifying.
