the one and only time any guy had the audacity to ask me to pay for a date was my first (LVM) bf. I was sorta lib fem and too naive to know better anyway, even though I had been wined and dined sumptuously before. I thought he was being "real".

Anyway, he brought me home to introduce to his parents and his mum very courteously greeted me before dragging him into a kitchen. He emerged with some money that she apparently gave him along with instructions to take me on dates so that he wouldn't lose someone "that pretty".

Most men are negative value that’s why they have to pay to get a chance to be around us. Because they are THAT unreliable, disingenuous and low value. They have to offer us an incentive to even bother running them a shot.

Also who cares if they won’t pay - several men in my area will leap at the chance. I don’t have to play ball and see them again if they won’t lol- two can play that game. Women are always in more demand so cheap skates will never win that game they have too many competitors - there’s always a man willing to do what they won’t.
