sorry if this is not the way to find this. I am looking for a four panelled simple cartoon that I have seen before. in the top left panel there is a woman and a man holding hands (possibly with a love heart) in the next panel (top right) the cartoon woman is pregnant. in the 3rd panel (bottom left) the it is the woman, the man, and the little child. in the fourth and final panel (bottom right) it is the woman, and the little child, but the man has shrunk to be the same size as the child.

It has very specific FDS vibes and I am about 90% i saw it here first but Now cannot find it.
