How do you ladies react to one-liners or pick up lines?

I can usually muster a witty reply to the first one but after hearing the same pick up line more than once it gets old real fast. It's lazy. Would I be rude to just ignore these or does anyone have any go-to replies? I've had the "if coronavirus doesn't take you out, can I?" for like the 5th time this month and I can't muster anything but an eye-roll! I also get pick up lines that incorporate my name and that gets really boring unless they manage to make it witty somehow.

Are one liners just straight up passes? I know men like to think they're original and funny but this aint it. Do they also think they're the only man that's ever chatted us up? That we should be flattered by this low effort? Are they just trying to impress themselves?
