How do you tell if a male is HVM?

There’s a guy where I work who is very successful and funny and charming.

The thing is while he’s always polite and friendly, he’s never shown a special interest in me.

I know a true HVM ought be pursuing me. Does this mean he's actually been an LVM all along?
