This is not about dating per se, but about men who have the audacity.

I work as a collegiate coach at a lower level division. We have a mask policy that anytime you're outside your room you have to have a mask on (duh covid).

This has been a policy for a month. I have been enforcing it with students and athletes. I have called students and athletes out every time I see them without a mask on and now when they see me they know what I will say so they automatically put their mask on. I consider that a win.

I was just approached by a male basketball player who said I can make "it fun" while saying put your mask on. We had a good 10 minute discussion about it. Ultimately I said it's not my tone that kids should be listening to, it's my words, which are "put your mask on". I don't see a need to make "it fun" for adults to follow the rules of the university.

I called him out that as a woman he thinks I should have a nicer tone, but if his coach said it to him like I do that he wouldn't think twice about it. The player tried to deny that, but the reality is that no male would go up to another male to say they should say a rule 'in a fun way'.

The fucking audacity of men.
