Help help!!! My wife falsely accused me to take revenge

With all the help(rightfully) for the women , are there any resources for men who are falsely accused of sexual assault. Me and my wife had verbal argument, and the next day she tells me to take her to the doctor, got an appointment the following week, from the doctors office she called the cops and told the doctor that she was sexually assaulted. We are married for four months and had countless amount of sex. There is not a room in the house where we didn't have sex. We had great sex, all consensual. At the hospital, She took the SANE exam, nothing came out of it., Not a scratch on her body, she told the cops not to do DNA test, not to search the property for any evidence. Now I got her statement from the police department and she said that I have been forcing her to have sex all this while. Now everything is at stake for me., my lawyer is saying that she did it to get green card in the US thru battered women category ( I never knew that existed). I have spent thousands of dollars in lawyer fee. Honestl I feel that law is highly skewed towards women. I know there are lots of women here. Can anyone comment or give any directions on this.
