We specify this because we align in left wing values and policies and we advocate for men as our main goal.

As for articulation, ironically I think I articulated this badly but a lot of it has to do with research and experience.

To me, left-wing represents cultural freedom, equality of opportunity, and optimizing universal well-being.

The ability to live as one pleases, so long as it doesn't involve harming anyone else. This includes religion, sexuality, artistic interests and expression, etc.

Nobody being denied opportunities based on how they were born. This means being opposed to discrimination based on religious beliefs, skin color, sex/gender, economic status of one's parents, etc. Nobody should be punished for these things in any fashion. Public institutions should have a neutral stance on these aspects of identity. Ideally (understanding reality will never perfectly achieve the ideal) everyone should have a chance at equal success based on equal ability and effort.

Society is wealthy enough to be able to afford everyone a decent standard of living. In the USA, there are several empty homes for every homeless person. The majority of food we produce is thrown away. This is both cruel and impractical. There is no logical reason for it. Left-wing perspective is not that everybody is forced to live with equal wealth. It is that the purpose of society is mutual aid. To care for each other. A society in which anyone starves within walking distance of wasted food is a failed society. A society where there is profit incentive for war is a failed society.

Everybody's well-being is dependent on the environment. Climate chaos, mass extinction, and pollution means mass human suffering and death. Promoting a healthy natural environment is left-wing.
