Anger can be deadly if it's directed inwards and swallow your anger, but I absolutely agree that it can give you tons of energy and motivations if you actually learn how to use it productively.

Since I've started to vent I became much more openly aggressive and energetic. It enormously helped me getting things done in my life and being thankful for every new day. First and foremost it helped me beat my depression and attitude of self-pity. I know from first hand how important this is because I could've killed myself otherwise.

Society considers this a moral light/dark path issue. You can listen to them and swallow it up aka accepting the whole "man-up" thing or you can say fuck that and say my emotions are valid and discover a natural state of higher energy which can help you to sort things out in your life. I as a mghow refuse to accept the bullshit indoctrination society tells me to keep me down and harmless.
