Same thing happened to me in college. Girl wanted free 1-1 tutoring. I'm like "how much you paying me?". I was blue pilled back then btw. Never work for free. If she wanted "tutoring", she'd still pay up if she was truly interested, at least for the first session. Win-Win in my book.

Women are interested in intelligence... but not the way it's represented (like nerds). This is my observation, of course... feel free to criticize.
They go for the successful men in the society... males generally arrange themselves in hierarchy of competence... those successful ones are generally more intelligent than the bottom 80% normies.
I think it only applies to economic and social status... cuz their interest in chads and tyrones is to make physically strong kids whereas the successful ones can make intelligent kids.
Well, females have evolved concealed ovulation to fool the beta to raise the alpha's kid.

I agree 100%. That was essentially what I was saying. They don’t enjoy intelligence in and of itself. They enjoy intelligence as a marker for resources. You typically won’t see such women befriending intelligent men and going to such places without attempts to lock a man down or gain resources.

but males perceptions of intelligence is different from women. if a kid down the street can turn his. microwave into a robot, all the boys on the block woo and admire. If this same kid can turn a microwave into a robot but the patent is picked up by Boston Dynamics, all of a sudden women are interested. it's why dumb men can always get hot women, street smarts is highly coveted by women over book smarts because street smarts usually = more money than book smarts unless you are really high level and do something amazing with your book skills, which most men do not. the industrial revolution was only like 150 years ago. and we are surprised women don't give a fuck about what book shit you know. let's be real that didn't help you survive for 99% of human history.
but now money is even more their drug. if Tesla lived today would he have more notoriety and fame and thus wealth. would he ended up getting tricked by some stale money chasing ho. If Van Gogh had social media how many times would he have been taken to the cleaners. in the end IQ is only a value in terms of the $$$$ it brings. it's why men like Jim Carrey and Robin Williams can easily get tons of hot pussy and be married or date many top level women when both men are objectively very unattractive.

Most of the time,yes,but not in it's entirety. Many guys simply inherit,are related to, or get special treatment (ie fraternal organizations, nepotism,skin color, familial ties) that gets them money/opportunity/resources/"success". There are LOTS of guys who are living a "successful" lifestyle THAT THEY DID NOT ACTUALLY EARN THROUGH THEIR OWN INTELLIGENCE OR HARDWORK.

I know this... got a bunch of friends like this. One is the son of a successful businessman, another got super lucky genetics (high IQ, super creative).
I'm from a middle-class family with not-so-good look and average IQ. If I'm to reach the top positions, I'll have to grind to death. In my friends' case, they just have to put half the effort.
The male dominance hierarchy isn't perfect... but the idea is, generally the finest ones get at the top... the probability, I'd say, is above 50%. Factor in the resources that come with the top ones... that's why females go for the top.

That's why I'm dieting,supplementing,cardio,lifting,studying best hairstyles for face shape,best facial hair styles,best grooming techniques,reading/watching videos to learn new stuff,popping redpills,working my ass off,streamlining expenses(except good food.NEVER cheapout on taste),stacking 30% of every paycheck. Just trying to become the best version of myself possible.

a bit off topic but IQ studies show the most intelligent people are men. in terms of cognitive skill women aren't that much different from men but the most outliers are men in both ways, so the dumbest people on earth are men and so are the smartest.
truth is as you get older you just kind of realize women have evolved to be mothers and not much more. they don't sit around philosophizing about the nature of reality. they are not abstract. they are literal. but now the concept of being a non tinder cunt and good wife/mother is seen as repugnant. oh well, for the best. the cat is out of the bag. even if most of the men here could get a truly good tradcon wife, would they even want her. i wouldn't.

Compare how most guys are into women with looks, but weaboos want a woman with looks who's also into anime. I'd say hypergamy is no different, or sapiosexuality. We're all attracted, to traditionally attractive people, but for sapiosexuals specifically they want a traditionally attractive person who's smart. Though the intelligence, (just like for the weaboo with the anime fascination) isn't the most important part, it's just highly desirable add on.
Tl;Dr Sapiosexual women are more attracted to smarter hot guys, than dumber ones.

What I’m saying is that she’s not attracted to smart men. She doesn’t care about intelligence. She doesn’t live a life that implies that intelligence is valuable. She merely wants a mate intelligent enough to make money and pass that on to her offspring. She doesn’t actually find it valuable in and of itself.
Now beauty can be appreciated for what it is. Both men and women enjoy an attractive mate. However I’ve almost never seen women fascinated by intelligence where she wants to engage in conversation outside locking the man down. If she valued intelligence, she would be happy to surround herself with intelligent people and pursue a way of life that enhanced her own intellect.
Women claiming to be attracted to intelligence is female doublespeak. It means she doesn’t want someone who’s completely stupid. She wants someone who’s smart enough to make life easier for her. She doesn’t really care how or the specifics. You could be speaking an alien dialect for all she cares. She merely wants the results of your intelligence, not intelligence itself.
Translation... she wants a man who’s well off. If you show a woman a guy who’s not too smart and wealthy, I’m sure they won’t complain about his intelligence.
This brings me back to what I said. They never wanted intelligence in the first place. Status wealth and looks. She couldn’t care less how smart or dumb you are if the main 3 things are high.

If she could attract the attractive guys she would prefer them. This is the whole "you can't fire me I quit" posturing. She is trying to signal that she could attract ANY man but is CHOOSING which men she wants. In reality she is settling for what she can get, and just trying to sell those men as being more attractive to her than they actually are, to make it seem like she isn't a loser.
There may be women out there who actually value intelligence over looks, but I think they're very much the exception. Most of this is just virtue signaling and trying to defend their choices.

for me women do this with typing. I took typing for 2 years and have always loved the freedom proper typing technique provides in terms of speed. i can easily hit 130wpm typing.
