There was this girl that didn't know how to code for the life of her, she didn't know basic structures, she just copied & pasted similar code and got things done. She worked into tests so that's an area where a lot of policies can be ignored, so you can imagine her code was very ugly and with magic numbers everywhere, modify them until the lights go green and on to write more shit.

After bringing a cuck coworker into the brink of quitting for doing her job all year while she got offered a promotion, she decided to quit, since the cuck wouldn't be there to do the job for her anymore, no point of getting a position where she had no idea what to do without someone doing the job for her.

I bumped into her a year later and asked her what she did during this time. She got a job elsewhere and the same story repeated, she was getting people to do the job for her, problem for her was this was a financial company and some hierarchy people there while not very technical have a very no-bullshit attitude and spotted her right away. They tried hard to isolate her so that she doesn't disrupt the other developers, developers were given notice that they were not supposed to waste time teaching or doing the job for her, cause you don't hire people so that they waste more company time, you hire capable people to do work.

Somehow she convinced a female manager to give her another position where she would be in charge of developing some complicated project, and the history repeated, she bails out because she wouldn't be able to use the previous cucks to do the job for her and she knew she wasn't up to the challenge.

Funny thing is that she mentions the original cuck, the one that was burned out badly, and she said something like: "OMG, that dude was an idiot, but this other company was hell". When she said this I was thinking like: wow, you used this poor dude as a slave and you don't show a single hint of gratitude. You constantly asked stuff from him, gave him your code to be reviewed, he wrote the most complex parts of the code you needed and you just had to copy and paste to finish the projects, he tried to explain to you how code worked and you wouldn't understand because you didn't know what he was talking about. And you call him an idiot?

Never help or do the work for females on your company. It's never going to help you on your career, and they will never be grateful or treat you with respect after they can't leech your brains anymore.
