Your best option is treat women the same way your treat old dynamite, keep your distance. Keeping your distance is necessary especially if your are not attractive to women generally.

No matter how abusive she is, she will always be seen as in the right. Video will not protect you from the mob of white knights. Video will not prevent your arrest and may only protect you from long term prison after spending thousands in legal fees defend yourself in court.
