Recall the judge!!!

This is the only way to change the situation. We, as men, have the tools in place to recall judges that do not act with fairness or in the publics interest.

If you are an attorney or have some legal education, create an organization that monitors the actions of judges and recalls the ones that are pushing the edges of the envelop.

Judicial Watch is one such orgaization.

I do not like this either, but sitting around bitching is the behavior of victims, and a victim I am not.

My thought is that Judges in this country should not have the right to decide what sentence a person serves. There should be a mandatory sentence for every crime as defined by the law. Race and sex should not be a consideration.

I think any teacher, male or female, who has sex with an underage student should get a minimum sentence of death by firing squad on live TV. If there's more than one offense, there should be no blindfold.
