For me this sounds like some PUA courses advertizing. The Alpha thing was a misunderstanding from wolves social dynamics.
If you give the female tingles you are alpha, when she gets bored and wants another dick you are the beta, she will cheat/kick your ass, it happens to the more famous and rich, to fools and geniouses...
To measure ourselves by the hormonal imbalances of women don't do us any good.
To know what are our strong and weak points and thrive to being better than before to our own gain, makes much more sense. And can apply to those who have or not Chad genes.

This Adam Conover guy at first was a hit or miss. Then they had to talk about the gender pay gap and this, and I just never watched it again. The moon landing conspiracy debunking is funny though I can admit that. Other than that go and watch him on the Joe Rogan podcast if you want to have a good laugh or two.

I've always questioned the manosphere's obsession with alpha/beta labels. I don't pay it too much attention because it is usually just leads to dick measuring contests. However, if I were to throw in my 2 cents I would advise against assuming rich and good-looking men are by default "alpha". As people have pointed out, guys like Brad Pitt, Will Smith etc have been beleaguered by women and could therefore be considered high-profile "betas" despite still being desired by millions of women worldwide.

I would consider alphas to be men who are universally feared and respected by others. These men are cunning, ruthless and possess little to no empathy (i.e ones who score high on the psychopath register). Men like this step all over others to raise themselves up and often occupy positions of power (that come with ample financial rewards) - perhaps CEO's, lawyers, surgeons, politcians etc. Incidentally, they have a good understanding of how women work and would not allow themselves to be manipulated by them, or anyone.

Imo, some alpha traits are desirable to have, some aren't. I believe you cannot fake being a true alpha, it's something you're either born with or conditioned to have from an early age. You can adopt alpha traits but sooner or later, a good man will find that these traits clash with his conscience. I'm a fairly big guy and have used my physical stature to get I want in the past. From my experience this will make you feel powerful in the moment but like a rotten bastard afterwards, and you will come to regret the way you acted as you get older. An "alpha" male is not a "good man". He would rip your throat out and have no qualms about it. I can't imagine there are many men like that in this or other subs. They're busy running the world.

society has conditioned boys from infancy to sacrifice their superiority for a spot in society. women see us defanged and assume that this is our natural state and gives them further comfort in continuing to extort us. part of the conditioning is the forceful ignorance to uncomfortable truths. by living so long seeing the world through the fake lens, our entire world views become built on false premises, like women are logical creatures and you can negotiate female attraction.

Alpha males exist, but only temporarily. You can only be alpha so long. The whole idea that you can be alpha indefinitely and thus somehow earn love is one of life's cruel jokes.

The show had some good moments, but others that were clearly biased and lacked real facts. The mall episode was pretty neat, nothing new, but it was nice to see some analysis of it.
