What’s your goal in putting this together? I imagine you’d get the message across to the right people by addressing them individually, in your own time, away from a teacher’s grading or a random peer’s potential complaining. Doing this as a presentation to the whole class sounds like too much personal risk for very little benefit.

With that said, one avenue to avoid any grief would be narrowing it down to sexual assault in prison/jail and coming straight from that angle. Start from prison stats and show how many people are incarcerated for drug crimes (this will win you points with the class). Also mention that many of those are people of color. Then go into things those men have to go through (clarify that male prisons are worse because men are perpetrators of rape at higher rates, in order to avoid being accused of ignoring female prisons). Then go into those statistics but NOT in comparison to female statistics. So you can say how many rapes per year and that means one male prisoner every x hours/days but don’t make any comments that give the appearance of taking power away from feminists. You are addressing prison issues not sexual assault of males. If there are questions at the end, start everything with a pandering statement (“rape is definitely a huge issue for women and that’s really important to me, I hope that’s obvious to everyone here, my presentation is focused on men in prison because that affects people of color who are often invisible...”)

This approach would allow you to talk about the issue you want, but couched in a different context that won’t trigger people. SJWs will think you’re on their side talking about prison and the system being bad, and reasonable people will realize what a huge problem this is and maybe be compelled to look into it. This is also good practice for college and adult life. You’ll need to be able to dance around these issues and the more practice the better.

This is all my opinion obviously just don’t want to see - well intentioned young guy crash and burn. Good luck.
