I'm a personal trainer in a small province. The sport of bodybuilding is slowly growing. Our men's bodybuilding and classic divisions are growing in numbers and I've had the pleasure to train some of these men, the hours at the gym lifting heavy weights and running themselves in to the ground with real effort is inspiring.

First half of the Show is great, the men show up dialed in, knew their poses and you could tell they had dedicated years of their life to the gym. Second half was a nightmare. The dreaded bikini girls. Mostly post wall women who have nobody else in their grandmaster or master division but still get a medal..... So they now qualify for a national show even though they've never lifted anything heavier than 5 pounds at the gym. Then there is the open division where the post wall women compete against the young gym thots. Naturally the young ones win. Most of the gym thots did a 6 week prep..... where the men all suffered for 16+ no definition in their body, just a Mr. Burns body with tits doing poses.

I guess my annoyance is how hard the guys work out at the gym And how long their prep is compared to these lazy gym thots and post wall hags who get their ego stroked because they walked on a treadmill a couple times, did some glute exercise with no weight and starved themselves for 6 weeks.
