I've been the only single one out of my friends for some time now. I don't really care to make new friends either so that's how it's stayed. You'll come to embrace it in time.

I've also done the whole best man thing. It can be rewarding but my advice would be only do it if you want to challenge yourself (step out of your comfort zone, that sort of shit). If you're doing it only out of obligation then turn it down, because your friend is going to slowly disappear on you now no matter what you do. I organised a first-class stag-do for my friend, spent months stressing over the speech and performed the rest of my best man duties to a tee. These days? I literally never hear from the dude. Also, no cunt even bothered to record my speech so I could watch it back (I slayed the entire room too, it was awesome).

Worth nothing that I was best man back when I was blue-pill / oblivious, too. If I wrote a best man speech knowing what I know now I'd probably get thrown outta the fucking building!

Aaron Clarey talks about this concept in Bachelor Pad Economics, if you go mgtow, as you grow older and become the most interesting man through years of self improvement, you will come to realize that although your life is improving, you are becoming more and more alone, all your friends start to get married and have kids while you are on your own building your future while having lots of fun too and you will become so interesting that you wont be able to relate to people, you will become too interesting for these people who live a boring life and so you will have nothing in common.

I just went to a good friends wedding as one of the groomsmen. I was the only single one there. There's absolutely no point or value in doing anything other than enjoying the wedding, be happy for your friend, and be there when the inevitable downfall occurs.

Most of us are here because of life experience. Not someone telling us to GYOW before we lived anything. If you haven't had the experience of a cheating whore/gold digging whore/nagging whore, the allure is too strong, and the most brilliant advice/examples etc. won't have much impact.

If you feel like this is a true friend, you owe it to him to speak your peace. Have him over to your house for a beer and to talk about wedding plans (his fiancé will approve of that for sure). When he’s there, ask him how he feels about everything, if it’s moving fast? See if you can pinpoint any reservations he might have. After he’s had a chance to talk, play your hand. Say - look man, you’re my best friend, I’ve always had your back. I think this marriage is a bad idea, and I can’t be a part of it.
Shoot your shot, with the best evidence and statistics you can, trying to steer aware from insulting his bride to be at all costs which will only put him on the defensive. Say I care about you, and I don’t want to see your life get destroyed by this decision. You can call off the wedding it’s not too late. I’ll be your best friend no matter what you decide, but I won’t stand by idly as you risk your assets, happiness, and freedom for this woman you’ve known for five months.

Show that you have the spine and balls to tell it to him straight. This is precisely what male friendship should be about.
