That's how fucked our system is. Not only should he NOT be forced to pay child support, but the whore mother should have to reimburse him for all the years he took care of that kid, food, clothing, schooling, school supplies etc. Such bullshit!

I was ordered to pay and took 7 years to remove it even proving I was in Kuwait when the kid was conceived. Floriduh family courts treated me like a monster, luckily all 3 of my commands were understanding and let me take off for that bs and even had a JAG accompany me once which is when the state backed off. Its hell on men. Effin you get for the effin you didnt give!

The courts are literally forcing the man to work (if he doesn't work, he can't pay, so he goes to jail) to provide for some kid that is not his. Sounds like "involuntary servitude" to me.

My story. I knocked uglies with a woman but did not dicide to stay around for a relationship. 6 years later she claims I am the father of her 4 year old child AND that the stated father was not.

This started a series of events of the real father losing visitation and me being called into family court for assignment of payments. I refused to go to family court in the neighboring state so they had my state act on their behalf. I was told to go to the office of children and youth to pick up paperwork and visit with the state – I again refused. I was told I would be served by the Sheriff’s office and 3 weeks later they finally caught up with me and I was ordered by the court tho children and youth.

When I got to the office of children and youth, they DID NOT WANT TO HEAR WHAT I HAD TO SAY. Period. I was told to chose between 2 “blood type matching tests” or a “DNA test” and was told several times the DNA test was very expensive should I be found to be the father.

I asked if I could pick all three tests, knowing I was not the father, and a supervisor (woman) came in and read me the riot act asking me who I thought I was etc. etc. Knowing they must have a legal representative overseeing the office I told her I wanted someone to call the same and ASK if I could request all three tests. She stormed out of the room. She then called a meeting of counselors. I waited 45 minutes and she finally came back in and said “You can request all three tests, but when you are found to be the father YOU will have to pay the bill for the same”. So I signed for all three tests on me, the mother, and the child.

The mother and I had no problem giving blood, but it turned out the child was not allowing them to draw the blood. Both the state and the mother called me and literally begged to forgo the testing and proceed to a jury court. I said no. Then the state called and said I was not being fair to the child and that they needed to bring in a specialist from NYC to draw the child’s blood, then again asked me to instead proceed to a jury court. I refused. I was told at the time, with the specialist involved, the cost would be more than $5000 dollars and I would likely be stuck with the bill. I did not relent. 4 weeks later the specialist was able to meet with the child and draw the blood. When the results came in the first “blood type tests” were tossed out by children and youth, and the DNA result showed there was a 99.9995% chance the child was NOT mine.

I then went to a hearing to close the case, and since I was a single father with 2 kids at the time I did not take a lawyer due to the other costs I had already incurred, instead I took my lawyer’s advice and asked that the case be dismissed “with prejudice”. The county court lawyer then said if such a motion were to be approved he would ask for a jury trial. I was not wise enough at the time to understand he likely could not do the same, and the judge at the hearing refused to dismiss the case with prejudice – meaning the mother could come back to me with further claims at any time.

I wrote the judge twice over the years asking he close the case with prejudice, both times I received a letter back refusing to hold a hearing for the same. So I had a DNA test clearly showing I was not the father and yet the state refused to act on my behalf. This case soured me on state or governmental bureaucracy moving forward in my life. Men are the tax paying wallets of women and the state.

He found out he was not the father when he tried to get some custody of the child and the court ordered the child support for years said "prove your the dad" and he did with a DNA test than showed he was not the father. So he had been paying child support for a kid that was not his and he had no contact with because he was named on the birth certificate. The court then says keep paying for a child that is not his that he has no contact with and since he's not the father can't get to be the father...

If this is not proof of an out-of-control and anti-father family court system I don't know what is!

The state asked him to sign a claim that he will be responsible. He did because he trusted his wife. Only the mother/women knows that she didn't cheat on him, and so only she should sign the form. The purpose of getting the man to sign the form despite him not knowing if the kid is his, is to force him to be responsible for the woman's cheating.

You'd have to think that if the real father had better income than the man on the birth certificate, the thot would pretend that the guy on the birth certificate didn't exist, and go after the real father.

In fact, if you take the state of legal paternity today to its logical conclusion, whoever the biological father is, or the legal father is, really doesn't matter too much. It is whatever father the thot declares by arbitrary decree, meaning any of the myriad of men she slept with could be declared the father by her, meaning that whatever man has the greatest income will have to pay.

And then we wonder about the rampant cheating? The rapacious hypergamy? The divorce raping? And all of that?

The law gives wives and mothers an incentive to sleep with as many strange men as she can, because if the husband, or the baby daddy, or any of her lovers don't pan out economically over time, she can dump the financial burden on the man who does pan out economically.
