No.. I am a recovering liberal who is disillusioned with the stances of the left wing nowadays. I was always for allowing people to be who they are, allowing people and accepting people to be who they want.. But the current left wing is taking it waaaay to far.

My motto was to live and let live, their motto is to force others to cater to minorities, which is not what I want to stand for.

I don't even know what alt-right is, but it's certainly used in the media as a put down for anyone who doesn't love hard left wing ideals. As for me, I'm probably more on the right side of the political spectrum, I like Trump and I think for the most part, right wing parties run countries better than left wing parties these days. Doesn't mean that everything on the left is bad though, some things I agree with.

Politicians and activists love to put people in little boxes. It makes it much easier to game the system. Box 1 believes in x and y, but if we can shape their opinion to also support z then we'll have "this much" more political capital. Box 2 believes in a and b..... So an overwhelming majority of people end up believing the propaganda of the opinion makers and NEVER try to fully understand the other boxes. Because they can't even begin to comprehend what the other is saying dialogue breaks down and no honest attempt at reconciliation or truth seeking is made. Everyone is in competition with everyone else. Conflict arises. Conflict remains. Eventually shit turns to physical violence. It's a grand world we inhabit.

Neither political options. The idea of supporting a political party doesn't get a look in. However it's useful to keep ones ear to the ground just in case something bad is round the corner.

no. The alt right is riddled with tradcucks, russian bots, racist morons, etc... This is what the media doesn't get about MGTOW - that it doesn't follow traditional political lines. There are liberal men who see the inherent danger of hypergamy and the hypocrisy of feminism. While on the other side there are conservative men who strongly support marriage and don't like MGTOW.

Personally, I think a number of women like the tradcucks because they typically have more money, feel the societal need to get married for appearance sake at least, and believe women should be docile. Some women want a man to think they are docile creatures so they can cheat on him behind his back without him ever catching on to her chameleon behavior.

I agree with conservatives on limited and small government, and with liberal on social issues, definitely not alt-right. For one thing, I'm not white. I also don't know if I hate Donald Trump, I don't know if he is a manipulative genius or an idiot who get in over his head.
