I had a really full beard but recently shaved all. It a long goatee. No mustache and a cleave shaved head. After having a beard for over 10 years I love this look. It’s taking my daughters some time to adjust though. They miss it.

As for care I always use oil and a beard balm when it starts getting too wiry. The balm helps keep it laid down and neat looking. The oil helps it stay moisturized. Then always use a stiff brush to comb it down to the skin. It brushes away dead skin so you don’t have any issues with dandruff. (Maybe just my personal issue but it helped me!)
