Let them be fat. All it does is telegraph how much self-respect (or lack thereof) they have for themselves. Problem is, once they slim down to a ‘normal’ size, they’re ego escalates disproportionately as if they’ve now become a supermodel when really they’re just level pegging on average. So imagine the ego for a fat chick becoming super model slim... Makes them super ugly imo.

There is a reason for this "acceptance" as the media likes to call it, but it's not about love and friendship. The "pretty" women need more ugly women around so they look better by comparison. In modern times, looks fade much faster (makeup, excessive partying, drugs, surgery, etc.) so the uglier the friends the better they look, even if they're looking 40 when they're barely 20.
