Background: I got divorced and got 50% of his income, 401k and his pension. Now I have a new husband, but I cheated on his birthday party with his best friend and I'm worried he will find out.

As an independent woman, I'm also having my own income by working 20 hours weekly cleaning houses for $14 per hour under the table. So that's his $35k + $16,8k of my own.

I was wondering. If my new husband finds out and wants to divorce, is it possible to keep 50% of the income of my ex-husband that I currently get in alimony? He's from a different state, so I was hoping they wouldn't find out.
