Can someone explain what Solipsism when it comes to women/red-pill?

It's a form of selfishness, but it goes beyond just being selfish. Solipsism is when you feel that the entire world revolves around you, that it is okay to hurt others at any level just to get the smallest gain for yourself. Is accompanied by a complete lack of empathy, to where you cannot understand nor care about anybody else's feelings or reactions. No self introspection, because they are already perfect and everyone else is always wrong, they are right, truth isn't important, etc. etc.

Basically, super selfish + no empathy + very egotistical + sociopath.

My understanding is that females view the world through a lense of everything happening to her, and all that matters is how whatever she experiences makes her feel. So nothing is ever her fault, it was always some external force "the universe" or "someone" or "something" that caused it to happen. So let's say for example, she cheats. The way she experiences it is: "it just happened" , "he made me do it" , "my bf wasn't giving me enough attention" thats how she will rationalize it even if she's the one who initiated and orchestrated the whole thing. She will never care or think of how her cheating could hurt anyone else, she will only care about how getting caught could cause problems for her, like she might get dumped, and lose her boyfriends utility. The cheating felt good at the time, so it was the right thing to do.

I might be wrong but I think solipsism is a combination of being self absorbed, narcissistic, zero empathy, and zero accountabity. It's just a way of explaining how girls think everything happens to them, through no fault of their own, and all that matters is how it made them feel, and then the hamster kicks in to justify all of it.

Solipsism as a belief is very similar in ways to the outlook women have on life and their surroundings. A solipsist believes that they are the only true thing in reality and everyone and everything exists because they do. When they cease to exist, so does everything else. A woman places value on everything and everyone around them by how it can add value to the woman. If she doesn't see any value to benefit her in something, it might as well not exist to her.
