Child support is pegged to income and is defacto alimony. Atleast you can tell yourself that theres money to provide for your child. Whether it goes to the child or not (most of it probably wont), atleast you are trying to do right by your kid.

The house thing? I never could understand that. If shes already popped out kids, the sex has dried up. Once she cons him into a house the table scraps of sex shes trained a man to be grateful for will dry up entirely.

The equity in a house is the worst incentive a man can give a woman to treat him well. The house is the endgame. Once shes got it, all thats left is to divorce and take it with her.

For all the talk of the wife “getting half”, she will likely get most if not all of the equity. Assuming she doesn’t get the whole thing in the property agreement.

The house will continue to build equity, while her body will continue to decline in value. This doesn’t even account for the change in her attitude. She will become less feminine & sweet. She will resent her man and will no longer find him attractive.

She will claim she loves him, but its all about what he provides for her. Their sex life says more about her “love” than her words. Her words speak of love, while the intermittent starfish sex tells the truth of her lack of respect, attraction and overall sense of resentment for her husband.

Knocking up a broad is bad enough, but doubling down on stupid by buying a house is sheer madness. Whatever investment value a home may have is null and void, when one party can steal it in family court for any or no reason at all.
