They won't be honored by courts just like prenuptial agreements aren't. Women can always claim that they were threatened to sign.

nah wont matter even if she signs it she can turn around the next morning and say she was too drunk to know what she is signing so the contract will be cancelled Or she will say the guy threaten to beat her up if she didnt sign it Or if she fakes her signature

There is not.

A woman's word is all that's required to make a rape claim and often a conviction.

You can't win over a world of cheaters run by those cheaters. The only winning move is not to play. This includes being aware of which women you never had sex with will still make up a rape story accusing you.

I've come to the conclusion that the chase for sex is not a practical way to live.

Men who chase for sex are the men who are most like likely to deal with crazy.

Men who stop caring about women and sex will least have to deal with it.

If you do deal with them then you can be the one putting them under the microscope and wondering if it's worth it.

I have said that the only way I am with a women now days is if she wants me so bad that she is practically begging for it.

The likelihood of that happening is low so I am free to not worry about it.

I don't go to bars anymore.

I spend most of my time by myself out of my job.

And women arent usually the ones engaging for sex.

So I'm pretty much in the clear and can focus on myself and what I need to do for myself.

Apparently this is an idea they are trying to push on some college campus's. I doubt such a form would be taken as evidence in court for many reasons. Evidence that will stand in court - social media messages, text messages and emails and even video evidence...all have been used to bust through false domestic abuse and rape accusations. All of these forms of evidence will paint a clear picture of the females intentions, her potential actions and if she truly believes she was raped. A casual and friendly, maybe even provocative text conversation after having sex with the accuser could well save your ass in court.

They're not going to work in court. Women can always say they were forced to sign. There is no safe way to have sex with women. While women have to worry about STDs and pregnancy, men have to worry about both of those in addition to possibly being falsely accused of rape.

The best way to avoid this is to never have sex. Even then nobody (men) is safe. I have never heard of such a slip, but I would be willing to bet that even if one existed, 99% of people would not get one. 'My wife/girlfriend/whore would never do that.' I can see it now.
