Hey brother you can't compete with a memory so quit trying. She's never going to let that memory go and will hold onto it the rest of her life. Why do I know this? Because I'm a memory for several of these kind of women. It's been 40 years for one and she still can't forget me. I made the mistake of meeting her after being apart for almost 30 years and she couldn't and wouldn't let me go. She wrecked a lot of people's lives and I was a complicit victim. A few years later I had a phone conversation with her husband and he said he couldn't compete with her memory of me. After almost destroying both our families I came to my senses and sent her packing. She showed up at my door one day almost a year later begging to return to me. I calmly asked her where her husband was while keeping her out of my house. I had resolved she wasn't getting back into my life and barred her from entering my house. The last I saw of her she was leaving with tear stained eyes saying she'll never forget me. It's been 4 years now and yet a mutual friend shared with me when he saw her last that she seemed to be somewhat out of sorts and distracted but still asked about me and whether I was still single.
She was just one of several women who were willing to destroy everything and everyone just to be together with me. While I never considered myself a Chad apparently several women have proven that to them I was. I found that while they shared this same thought they also were unbalanced and just a bit too crazy for me.
In my younger days I knew many women and enjoyed all the fleshly pleasures they provided and still to this day I've learned how to catch their eye while knowing their motivation to secure resources (ie. a man). It's with this thought that I use as my lense to verify their intentions and it hasn't failed me once as long as I remember to not ignore their nature.
