Also in governments best interest to provide birth control to those who need it...poor people love having kids because that means more government money. More birth control access means less money spent on baby bonuses

I have a different take than the liberal OR conservative stance. Unmarried women that don't possess higher paying job skills should be be forced to have abortions and have their tubes tied.
