I just found out that we brought in an outside female for a supervisor position. She has 2 years of non supervisor experience. The 5 men she will supervise have 2 to 7 years and know our systems. We all applied for that 85k a year job.

My job is to train her. I wasn't good enough to get the job, but I'm good enough to train her.

I've seen her resume. The only thing she has that we don't is you can guess.

I asked why none of us got it. "Diversity targets".

And women wonder why we don't like them at work.
