Today my ex wife and i submitted our divorce papers after being separated for 2 years (together for 9). We're still best mates and spend time with our daughter as a family. there were no lawyers, no stress and no settlement/child custody disputes. even the JP we needed to sight our documents said he hadnt ever seen such amicable people.

my next step is economic divorce. after earning 80k a year and accumulating a bit of debt i lost my job due to the chinese steel crisis. have been out of work for 3 months now and with red letters filling up my postbox ive decided id file for bankruptcy. papers will be submitted tonight. i will officially be free and look forward to a life of study and part time work.
