Sometimes. But feeling occassionally lonely whilst single is better than:

looking back in life realising that you wasted your time being manipulated, entrapped and criticised by a partner
Realising that you have to give 50% of what you worked for to someone who spent their time at home meeting up with Chad..and finding out you are actually raising his kids and not your own
Being forced to pay child support for Chad's kid/s that you thought were your own

Only to end up lonely, broke , bitter and resentful. Most guys will just find something else to occupy their time that they enjoy and can feel good about doing. (and a subset will end up ending their lives).

Nope. I have all the companionship I need from my dog, but I do get more than enough human interaction from work. The circumstances there are specific enough that I don't have to put up with ridiculousness from anyone.

Find a fulfilling hobby and you'll never feel lonely.Also a dog helps,in your case a cat will be more appropriate.

To be honest? Not at all. I still interact with people on the daily. Just because I don't have a human companion everyday doesn't mean I'm lonely. I actually enjoy it. I don't have to worry about someone else's needs or wants.

Do people in relationships ever feel lonely? Yes. Do people at huge parties full of people ever feel lonely? Yes. Do people surrounded by family ever feel lonely? Yes. Feeling lonely occasionally is part of being a human. I would argue that the best cure is to look into yourself, read a book, go for a walk, paint a picture, write, or simply acknowledge feeling lonely. This also assumes that occasionally feeling lonely is a bad thing. Which, I would also argue it is not. It's only bad if it's a constant feeling that inhibits your life or leads into depression / other negative thoughts.

I enjoy the company of others through the entertainment I enjoy, so in effect, I rarely feel alone, though to the outside eye, I'm alone a lot. Feels good man!

Lonely? No. I have friends.

Bored? No. I have hobbies, friends, pets, and activities that fill my time.

Broke? No. I don't have a money sucking black hole spending money on frivolous shit.

Angry? No. I don't have a needy emotional black hole constantly nagging me over every perceived fault.

Ashamed? No. See "Angry".

Depressed? No. Being physically and socially active negates any and all depression.

Jealous? No. Of what? My friends that have money sucking emotional black holes constantly nagging them and spending all the money on frivolous shit? Get real.

Sometimes, I do feel lonely. However, I don’t deny the feeling and let pass through.

Part of this is a conscious choice. Outside of my personal blog and my YouTube identity, I have no other IRL social media. The few friendships I have offline are rich and deep because they require actual effort and not some armchair likes.

Paradoxically, I have felt much less lonely than when I was trapped in my marriage and was on the social media hamster wheel.

Never lonely in the slightest. I have zero stress, do what I want when I want including sometimes nothing at all. When I want sex I have 2 fwb's and if I feel like being in public I go alone or ring up a buddy.

The only bad feeling I get is regret that i didn't know modern women are good for occasional recreation only until the last few years. So much wasted time, $ and energy.

I think loneliness is vibration and feeling of lack. As human beings objectively we feel this emotion but like happiness or unhappiness or other emotions, its not constant.

Isolation creates a sense of loneliness. Interaction with people will often help deal with this.

I believe we all need to feel listened to. The problem I see with many who live alone is that when they are in public, they talk too much. This actually makes their isolation worse, because they then are avoided.

I often wonder if people who ask the question know what being lonely feels like. Because I have experienced it and it doesn't feel like being single. Being lonely is like being in isolation. As if people are there but far away. As if it's hard to talk to them. It's a feeling you feel in your heart. Like something almost physical. I have felt that.

But since I've been single and living alone, I have never felt it. In fact I feel amazing.
