My mother was extremely emotionally and verbally abusive towards my father who died at 52 from a sudden heart attack, no previous warnings. She is an extreme narcissist. You better believe it influenced my not wanting to be a part of cookie cutter society.

My mother is heavily narcissistic. She wasn't directly abusive, but definitely neglectful. It wasn't my mother that got up every morning with me, it was my father. Hell, I could go days or even weeks between any meaningful interaction with her. She never actually seemed to want to be a mother.

But yeah, between her and having every interaction with a female go poorly while growing up, I personally just gave up on them. I went through a "bluepill" phase for a while in my 20s, but it was more social pressure than any really desire. I pretty much phoned it in for how hard I tried.

I bet that a bad mother is a first step for a man to feel disconnected from women. We never got that positive input that would make out reptile brain connect women to good things. Instead we still have that wild/feral base misgiving that all animals have for those things that we don't trust on a trained level.

My mom is narcissistic yet simple minded and inept. I learned the definition of "selfish" from her, which meant "you don't want to do what I want you to do".

I had an awesome mother. A shining example of hard work, education and caring. She was feminist in the real sense of the world, not the kind who bickered about word choice and safe spaces. She fought male dominated work spaces and created opportunities these current girls take for granted. I've never even thought about marriage. I know it's rigged and she knows it's rigged.

Having an abusive mother doesent help but living in a gynocentric society is what makes you raise your eyebrow. You see once the state becomes biased and starts favouring one gender without taking gender specific differences into account people will start to rebel.

Feminism uses the state and law to push its agenda because they deep down know that they're full of shit. We as men who are aware of our surroundings use reason and logic, whether people agree or dont, to present our case.

There is a huge difference. We dont need the state to make our case and "enforce" it because we are taught from a young age to rely on ourselves. If you would take away the state support from the average western single mother they would end up in utter poverty selling their vaginas for a sandwich.

Men are simply put more capable to adapt and overcome challenges where women otoh cant make it without support.

I don't think this is true, my mother is a definite nawalt and I think my parents relationship has infact had a lot to do with me going MGTOW

I've done some hanging out at r/RBN (Raised By Narcissists). At least until I was asked to leave because a moderator there said I had subscribed to a "woman hating sub"...from my observations there 80% of the "N's" described there are the moms.

My stepmother verbally abused me when I was young while she got drunk and left me home alone 5 days a week.

She died in 2011 from a brain aneurysm.

Not in my case. I have amazing parents. I've never been comfortable giving up control of my life, I've always wanted to be in the driver's seat since I was a kid.
