If we did ever draft women, one of three things, or a combination of them, would happen:

They'd lower standards to hilariously low levels to ensure women could be placed in combat positions. This would get lots of men and women needlessly killed when a woman fails at her duty.
They'd put women in all the safe and comfortable jobs to keep them safe and comfortable. This would free up more men for the grinder, leading to many more male deaths while women are safe and clmfy.
Millions of women would "accidentally" get pregnant to dodge the draft. This would lead to millions of unwanted, unprepared for children and pregnant women that would severely hurt the war effort.

Make the draft mandatory and if they get pregnant while enlisted they get an Article 15 and potentially a dishonorable discharge as a result. If it happens during war time then they get Jail time.

No easy way out of serving. Perhaps the military should enforce mandatory birth control for female recruits. I am sure that would not be accepted by the feminists but should be an option IMO.
