Yeah my ex contacted me too. She's living with her BF who refuses to get married and doesn't want kids (which were her highest goals when we dated). She contacted me on IG and I checked her page. It's not pretty. We're both in our mid 30's and she's gained a fair bit of weight, and is starting to wrinkle and sag pretty bad. She clearly doesn't have a lot of options and is trying to send out feelers.

The wall is real. As a 54yo man, I commonly am mistaken for being in my early 40's. However, when I see a woman I was in school with (of the same age), they inevitably look like they are in their 60's.

Keep in mind that I don't make any great efforts with my appearance (I am slack about going to the gym and wear ordinary clothes). At the same time, women my age tend to dress well beyond their means and put a ton of take-up on every day. Even at their best, the average woman my age nearly looks old enough to be my mother.

Yeah man. My friend worked at an insurance job for a decade, he had everyone from every walk of life for customers. He got to see their id, know their age, background info etc. We were chatting at his workplace about women and how old they are and he's like, 'you wouldn't believe it man, you might look at a woman and think, 'oh, she must be like... 40 or 45, you know, like a fairly young looking 45 year old at best, but I shit you not, she's 25 years old, man.' I'm like, 'Seriously?' 'Yeah. You just saw that woman I was just helping out?' 'yeah.' 'How old?' 'Um... I'd guess... 38' 'Nope, 23.' 'No fuck'n way!' 'Seriously, man, most of them are looking like 20 fuck'n years older than they are, all that junkfood, drinking, no exercise, and fucking around and shit they did from 15-25... they were just sailing along on their youth thinking that they don't need to take care of themselves... and now they're all worn out.' So, yeah, fellas, some women might have good genes and might take a bit better care of themselves than other women, but that might help them avoid the wall for another 5 years... 10 years... not many make it to their 35th birthday without hitting the wall hard.

no matter how hard your life is. no matter what you've been thru, if you're a man, the wall brings true justice and karma for all. i dated this girl Alice, she was 21. i was 27. god she was hot. i mean huge natural supple FAT ass tits, great face, smooth skin, sweet voice. it didn't last and YEARS later she travelled a long distance to see me. I had seen pics and she looked ok, but when we met up again, omg, she was only 28 and the wall had begun its approach. she was just wider and thick but not in a good way, all her sweet estrogen laid properties were ceasing to the testosterone boost all women get around age 30. Almost every woman becomes fat after 25 and up. I don't know why they can't stop stuffing their face with food. They always have every reason under the sun to justify gaining weight: lack of energy, PCOS, can't fast, tried everything, no time, can't exercise, slow metabolism, I don't eat a lot, it's in my gene, I have a big bone, I have kids, . You name it I've heard it all. They never put an effort to do MORE to lose it. It's what it is mentality. LMAO.

Calories in vs. Calories out. If you are still fat, eat less. If it's not working, you are still eating too much, cut more. Period. Physics doesn't change.

My personal opinion is that: 1) Masculine men tend to age well (Ex: Sean Connery and Sylvester Stallone) 2) Pretty boys tend to age well (Ex: Tom Cruise and Rob Lowe) 3) Feminine women tend to age well (Ex: Christie Brinkley and Grace Kelly) 4) Soyboys and cunty bitches/party girls tend to age the worst (Ex: Richard Dreyfus and Matthew Perry\Lindsey Lohan and Carrie Fisher).

The large majority of women these days are either party girls or cunty bitches (or both) so the early wall smashes are no surprise to me.

Oh yeah. One girl I dated when I was 19 hit the wall. She was an absolute stunner when we were together and, to be honest, out of my league. I am now 35 and am in, arguably, the best shape of my life. I last saw her a few years ago when I was visiting my home town. She looked... Older, but not that bad. A bit more thick, but still doable.
