Even the women I used to see at the gym put in no effort, mostly stand around gossiping with their mates and taking selfies.

I remember going to a certain gym every morning, i'd see a fat woman outside stuffing down an entire tub of ben & jerry's ice cream, then she'd waddle into the gym and go on the cross trainer for 5 mins, then leave.

Probably bragged on social media every day about how she was working hard in the gym... which was negated by the tub of ice cream she would scoff down before every session.

Maybe her thinking was that eating an entire tub of ice cream before a workout will give her more energy, rather than simply make her more fat.

In fact, i'm sure over the 2 months I saw her there, she actually got fatter.
