in the iraq war male national guard were called up for deployment. meaning they went from well paying private jobs to low pay mil service.
it takes a court order to reduce child support payments. many men ran out of time or requests were denied (hardships to mothers)
so they fell behind in cs payments while deployed and upon returning were immediately arrested and jailed.

So your average druggie mother will still get custody of the kids, have the father on the hook for child-support and if he's low-income it doesn't matter - he's facing jail if he doesn't pay every cent. The druggie mother then also gets free housing from the gubment while also using a nice $100 for a new outfit every month.
Not exactly fair. The government isn't even trying to be fair either. If they were, they'd be using a voucher system.

Or you could educate yourself and learn that in the US it's very common for states to have the punishment for men who miss a child support payment to be immediately jailed.
This picture is not stretching or trying to misrepresent anything. Men who don't pay child support get imprisoned, women who don't pay child support get assisted living and money.
