That's beyond true. Everything seems like an illusion. You pay close attention to people's dynamics. Women become these disgusting vile creatures. The "fat ass" seems unappealing, the "nice" lips seem like a trap, the "big" breast become an annoyance, and the "beautiful" eyes become a weapon. I've chosen to focus on Philosophy but it's essentially the same as Science. :)

Hmm, this would be true if love were only felt between humans of the opposite sex. A male human can feel love for a male dog or cat, the animal will return signs of love/affection, and breeding is obviously not possible between them. Sure it's still an electrochemical reaction in the brain, but breeding isn't the sole driving factor of it.

The disconnect here is that modern culture has, since probably victorian times attempted to blend the concepts of Agapa/Philia (goodwill/brotherly love) and eros (lust).
Eros is the chemical reaction--our biological programming to breed and spread our genes.
Agape/Philia is a choice---> the consequence of commitment and trust.
"Romantic love" is a madeup concept that attempts to blend these two distinct notions of "love."
Arranged marriages/shotgun weddings can work if both people commit, learn to trust and support each other and "learn to love" their partner.
Eros disappears after mating.
Modern relationships are a mess because most people expect Eros and Agape/Philia to exist co-extensively. They CAN'T. Now, that is not to say that you cannot "learn to love" the person you initially lusted for. But, the two will rarely exist at the same time because the first is a product of nature, and the second is a product of human will.
This is why men had mistresses, but also why your grandparents could stay married once the Eros stage disappeared.
Your average modern, culturally vapid and brainwashed person cannot experience Agape/Philia because they a) cannot commit for a variety of reasons; and b) are unable to move beyond their base biological urges.
This is why you have the stupid modern meme: I love you but I'm not in love with you.

Dude, socialising on the internet is just as bad as not socialising at all. To properly socialise its best to do it face to face. A lot to do with body expressions and shit like that. Lots of blanket assumptions here but that's how you blue pillers go about your interactions with other men, most MGTOW have a healthy circle of friends, I personally always keep a bunch of women friendzoned as well, and almost nobody here is a virgin unless it's by choice since a nice hooker is available pretty much anywhere on the globe for a modest price, no reason to chase tail unless you don't value your time, money and dignity.

There's no such thing as a "healthy sexual relationship", it's always usery and abuse with a potential to completely ruin your life, you have no legal or social protections when it comes to women and playing with fire eventually and inevitably will get you burned, do you know where you are?
