During my time in the Army it was the females who had the worst looking rooms and most of the hygiene problems. They are NOT the cleaner or neat sex, quite the opposite. Just natural.

The worst part about it is, I'm sure most of these places are owned by creepy old men who are doing so just to try to get laid. I've spoken to a couple of landlords and from what they tell me, women are more likely to pay rent late, get utilities shut off due to non payment, bring strange people at all hours of the night and destroy the property.

I've noticed this in low vacancy cities too. You can hit up the bulletin website but 80% of listings are "female only" and often it's a guy putting up his couch or a converted closet looking for a FWB.

Any landlord stupid enough to rent out to females only clearly has no idea how the market works and will be losing a shitload of money. Females hardly ever pay rent. The vast majority of rental expenses are paid for by fathers, husbands, boyfriends, secret hookups, etc. You can forget about bills, which means the landlord is most likely going to have to put their own name on the bills and have their credit rating ruined by late/non-payment. Women also wreck shit with total disregard for the property. Expect them to have lots and lots of drinks in the weekend then trash every room, which you're going to have to hire men to clean up & fix unless you want to waste every weekend dropping by to do it yourself to save costs. Then they'll also pull fake accusations against you if you try to evict them, which means you've lost income, assets and probably won't be able to rent out the house to anybody else for months until they finally leave.

Don't worry OP, I predict a couple more housing market crashes in the future, and nobody but the most gullible idiots will even think of renting to females anymore.
