Do any of us really have a purpose? I'm not just talking about men going their own way either, I'm talking about everyone and everything.

Do any of us have a purpose? If so, what is that purpose?

These and more existential questions will be answered never.

That's the beautiful part. None of this shit matters. We're all just here for this circus we call life. We somehow found consciousness in this vast infinite universe that is billions of years old. We exist. We're here. And one day, no matter what we did, we will all meet the same fate.

It's one big experience. All experiences end. Even the words on this page will one day cease to exist.

Do whatever you want. I want to make music and travel the world. That is my purpose. Remember, you felt alone in relationships too.

You come to this world alone. You die alone. Why not get the most out of life till then?

1 year MGTOW here, I have had the same struggle, just focus on working and projects, after a while you will find yourself already swallowed the whole pill and not giving a single fuck about marriage.

My purpose in life is having fun, learning new things, living a simple carefree existence as much as it humanly possible. Now, not that I personally would do it, but if you want a family, can you adopt a child? is it even possible for a single man?

There is no grand purpose the get married have kids they are sooooo fulfilling is a lie people tell themselves. Truth is you can live your life in one of two ways first is overload yourself. Keep yourself "distracted" with anything most people use kids/family/work. But hobbys work just as well point is to be so busy you cant think about the big question.

Why am I here what purpose is there. Fact is its rather unsatisfying to find out we are NOTHING. Just a few molecules that clustered together creating first cell evolving into what passes as "sentiment" beings. That will likely turn to dust and even the most high achieving memorable among us will be lost. When sun burns out and the cosmic joke that is life ends.

Fact is you can worry about that and live a life of avoidance. Or brace it head on life means nothing I have NO obligation to myself the species. I choose the later my purpose in life is to have fun live life and do what I want to do. Work is so I can afford to enjoy life. Not a form of avoidance or some arbitrary goal of power the will ultimately end when I have a stroke soon after reaching my potential.

For me everything is mental. Everytime you take a decision, everytime you accept a fact, you learn something or improve you are reshaping your brain. Being MGTOW is a hard pill to shallow because you are working on another model and way of thinking that the one has been hardwired into you. And also a much more accurate. Same goes with purpouse, keep searching. You were told what your purpouse is, they were wrong, now you know and eventually you will find your own, as your brain reshapes looking for it.

For many years my purpose totally and completely revolved around being successful. Not like millionaire successful but even beyond that I envision myself as Tony Robbins type... super motivated super ambitious and super positive. I didn't put it in people's faces but I always I felt like I could help people.

Then I realize that Society women at the IRS punishes successful people companies do not give a shit if you help them and make them money they would much rather work with somebody who they like than makes them money.

My life's purpose for the next six and a half years is to not kill anybody until after my daughter graduates from high school and then I make no promises after that.

That is the goal and I'm not joking.

I work very diligently for unbelievably cheap minded people really just stupid yet successful people I'm surrounded by people who don't give a fuck and I live in a city that uses people just like in The Matrix as energy sources... income sources.

My purpose is to see my daughter through High School and when the negotiations happen for how is she going to pay for her College? I'm going to tell my ex-wife that all the money that I paid in child support was the money that I was going to spend for her college and now she has to pay for all of my daughter's College.

And I'm going to do that because that cunt fucking sued me when she didn't have to. So all the money that it cost me she is going to have to dish out in college tuition.

But there is no purpose to life there is no meaning to life the only thing you can do is create it create who you are create some goals create some possibility for a future you and live into that. There is no predestined purpose for you. There is no God that says that person needs to save the life of the 70 year old woman who crashes her car in 20 more years that's all fucking bullshit it's all made up religious tripe.

The good news is you get to create it. Most people reject that they want predestined goals with the only truth about purpose is that you invent it you create it and you have to live it

What you need is a hobby that can be your passion. You work to earn the means to survive, and to save up for your retirement. If you have that covered - then try to find that thing that makes you happy. I love animals and computers, so basically taking care of my animals and spending time at my computer is all I really need, I don't crave any more social interactions, I have all I need to survive, but I need and currently am working towards is to be able to provide myself with a future for when I'm too old to work. That is all I need and I never will need more. Sure, I could strive to move from an apartment to a house, but do I really need to? No, I don't.
You need to find something that you could be passionate about, it could be anything - so just try some stuff out and see what rocks your boat... basically, sitting on your porch with a mug in your hand could be it, or you could strive to become someone respected by your community. I don't know you so I can't say what would it be the best for you. But honestly, nobody does know what it is right from the start - sometimes you need a lifetime of experiences to stumble upon it.

When you drop your chasing of women, you start to drop all your materialistic goals too as they were just there to get women for the most part. You have to find what you like to do. There are so many hobbies out there. Just try new things and eventually you will find what you like for you and no longer do things because that is what women like. Also realize that so many of the things we are told to do and be as men by society are just for women's benefit, not ours. For me I realized that a lot of what I was doing in my life, I was doing for old goals. This is where my feeling of meaningless came from. Don't try to rearrange your goals to fit your old life. Look inside and see what you want to do. Make new goals.

Purpose and fufillment is personal, if at all. Trying to find it outside of yourself just isn't going to happen.

Sooner or later it comes down to simply living as you see fit. Make shit with your hands, sweat, bleed, piss, shit, eat, sleep.

And I believe you've touched on a fantastic point and question of purpose being hardwired. Fuck, make baby, support it and women, genes passed on, now you can die.

Within your own question you may find your own answer.

I grow up with Kung Fu, Karate and Martial Arts Movies. Karate Tiger, Karate Kid and all these Jackie Chan Movies. I grow up without a Father figure and I had no one who could teach me how to be a real Men. A disciplined, intelligent and respected Men. So these Actors became my Role Models. I spend my teenage Years chasing the Pussy and totally forgot about this whole thing. Now I'm 26. I spend the last two Years in the Gym. Nearly every Day. I save Money that I can take a Years or two off from Work. I get better every Day. And I just love it. Find something and do it Brother.

To see the planet you call home fully encased within a band of sunlight dispersed by camera optics really can drive it home for you.

Great post. This is one of things that I routinely think about.

What gives me purpose is to do the best I can do given my physical and mental strengths. And to use these things for the betterment myself, of the planet, and its inhabitants for the sake of God.

This is came to me after a while of chasing after money, jobs, and (failed) relationships. I'm by no means on the top of my game, with full mastery over my life yet, but I'm happy with the clear sense of purpose believing in a God has provided.
