Remember the Cell Saga? When Bulma came to the lookout with her versions of the Frieza/Sayian armor? Tien and Piccolo both refused to wear it. Piccolo doesn't like Vegeta and is a Namekian. Tien flat out refuses to wear it because Vegeta has blood on his hands.
