Well just don’t get fucking married. I have no problem with people who fall out of love / grow a part, it happens. My problem is when you’ve contributed less than equally to the marriage but somehow end up taking the majority of the shit and getting a monthly pay check from the man at the same time, potentially for the rest of your life.

Marriage generally is a mistake these days. If you want to even try and have a semblance of a stable relationship you have to maintain higher status than the woman.

Women who are into gaming typically only have that hobby because they're not socially active in the outside world. Because of that they don't get the constant barrage of compliments and flirtation that normal women have built an immunity to. This doesn't include the "tits or gtfo" meme. Lots of online girls would/will whore out with naked pics or phone sex if they wanted the attention/validation. Just speak to old school MMO players.

All this is the same reason you don't want to wife up a fat girl and then later convince her to get in shape. As soon as those compliments start rolling in she'll see her value as above yours since you settled for the lesser version of them.

Having that value isn't even necessarily about money or status, but rather a I'm secure and don't give a fuck mentality towards women. The irony being that a mgtow man who works out and invests in himself will probably be more attractive than the guy who pines for women and love.
