SpaceX achieved lot of new innovations which NASA couldn't in decades and billions of fedaral money every year. All SpaceX did is to hire competent people which automatically filters out women.

It ain't rocket science (well, it is). The math and process behind getting to another celestial object is actually quite easy to do. Most of it was done on calculators dumber than TI-83s and flying it manually only requires a little practice (but confidence with expensive equipment and lives at risk prompt healthy caution via tests and training).
I could explain orbital mechanics to a high schooler if they've some semblance of a central nervous system. Yet it's lost on most women because of their disposition to not be skilled in detailed spatial orientation.
This doesn't surprise me. And honestly, it feels like NASA has shelved most of it's projects for space exploration. I haven't heard much about them lately

The issue with NASA is basically if anything goes wrong they have to explain to the taxpayers why they LITERALLY just blew up millions of there taxpayer money. Because of this NASA has to plan things decades in advance to a perfect degree, and can never mess up or change things. This is not a very efficient strategy.
SpaceX on the other hand has basically no one to answer to, so they can boast about blowing up rockets. (which is actually the way to success). SpaceX can make so much more progress because they make decisions purely on what is technically the best solution, without worrying about contractors or congress to answer to. They can also change what they are doing at any time. (Like they pulled a 180 and are now making Starship out of stainless steel instead of carbon composites).
NASA will fall so behind SpaceX cause they have to worry about quotas, congress, beaucracy ,public image, meanwhile SpaceX doest give a crap cause they are privately owned.

And how much of NASA's success is built upon their Pre-Woke legacy?

And that's why SpaceX has functional rockets currently flying, and NASA (SLS) does not.
I mean it's a lot more complicated than that but this picture represents some of the problem of NASA before Spacex came along who's now somewhat of an extension of NASA in many ways.

We’re going back to the moon just to bring the first woman. We could just go straight to mars. That says enough. Smh

To be fair, NASA has slowed to a trickle since the diversity quotas were put into effect. Also while they show women in their social media posts, most of the math and engineering is done by men in the background.
