I have a habit of making several "useless" copies in different places of things I believe may one day come in handy.

Assuming I would be in such situation, I would probably have 3-4 copies of those videoes in cloud and some other storage such as external drives.

Would be hilarious to find that your girl did destroy the drive she knew about and was happy that you have no evidence, but then you pull out your copies cloud and other storages and blow her in court.

My boss was asking me once why I make those copies in different places, that they should be in one storage and done.

And then few weeks later he was asking if I have no copy of something, because it's not in main storage.

It may not be the best way to secure yourself in some situations, but it's a good way.
Because you never know when that "day" will happen and you'll need to pull your ol' cards.

Long game: write your son a letter to be held by an attorney and given to him when he turns 18 explaining why he wasn't around. The only girl I ever, well, “went out with” (for 2 weeks) was very hyper sexual and wanted to do bdsm shit. It started as a fwb thing so I had sex before we technically went out. After reading this I am thanking god and my lucky stars that I didn’t do any of that shit to her and just had plain ole vanilla sex, which she thought was boring (which I guess happens when you have sex every other fucking day).

No one in this system is going to care about her voluntary participation in it, she can retroactively remove consent as far as they're concerned.

Also, I had a plethora of evidence my ex had been actively trying to ruin my life with emails and voice recordings saved and NOT ONE PERSON GAVE ONE IOTA. Without sounding too cynical, Start keeping a book of grudges on the people close enough in your life to pull shit like this, Namely your wife, Your live in GF, or anyone at work that you work very closely with.

I had a co-worker that I was paired up with, I would work her days off, she would work my days off. 1 day a week we worked together, and everything would always go to hell on my days off. I carried my workload and always left the situation better than I found it, But I always took pictures and kept track of what she was fucking up. When she decided to throw me under the bus I had 15 months of fuck ups to throw back in her face. Saved my job.

Haven't had any issues with girlfriends pulling this shit in the past, and since I've gone MGTOW I will luckily never have to worry about it, but If I was unlucky enough to be married right now, I'd be saving intel like a deep cover spy at the first sniff of trouble.
