Why is the general population of the U.S. so fucked up? If you've ever worked any job where you're forced to deal with the general public you will know this. Especially in low income areas where a large portion of the community acts like total trash (and it transcends cultural barriers).

If you've ever worked in a store in a poor neighborhood in the U.S. you will encounter fights, items being stolen, gun violence, Jerry Springer and World Star trash types who will try to start a physical fight or threaten you for looking at them wrong, etc. It's hard to believe that the United States is the most powerful nation in the world when you look at how downright shitty a large portion of the general public acts.
