Sex is not everything in life. After you sleep with enough people or enough times you'll realise this.

It's okay to like sex, it's okay to enjoy it too. There's nothing wrong with this. But don't make it like you're nothing without it. That's just absurd.

How does one or even several bad experiences with women justify generalising and cutting something off I feel is of fundamental importance for any straight male to be happy.

I just don't want anything to do with women. I'm happier by myself. My generalization is based on my own negative past experiences and the experiences of men I've known, and many men I've read about online. I don't force my viewpoint on anybody. I am not bitter towards women and I don't hate them. I just want to be left the fuck alone.

Bad experiences with mom, sister, ex-girlfriends, ex-wives. Yes, I have considered that it might be me. Spoiler:It's not me. That is why I now choose to avoid interactions with women whenever possible. A majority of MGTOW men had similar experiences to mine. In our case, I think it's fair to generalize. While it may be true that NAWALT, I say to you NAWALT until they are. Not all snakes bite until they do either. Where in your mind should we draw the line for generalizations? I think MGTOW has found a good balance. We don't condone rape. We don't condone physical violence unless it is in self defense.

We simply choose not to meet society's expectations of us. Society views us as disposable utilities for the benefit of weaker creatures. We say no.

Movements have leaders, in mgtow everyone contributes what ever they feel like.

There are no dues, no meetings, no protests...

Whether through work, relationships, hookups and everything in between I can say without a doubt that not all, but a vast majority of women (well over 80%) can in fact be generalized because they all behave and act the same for the most part. They have the same goals, perspective, and treat the men in their life the same way with the same generalized expectations and view of men. Again as per the rule not the exceptions. Yes, there was a small fraction of women that didn't fit the generalizations but most are in fact living, breathing examples of what MGTOW is leaving behind.

No it's not out of bitterness or being undesirable to women. It's from empirical observation and experience with women I've slept with, dated, worked with, befriended, just met in passing and everything in between.

I'm not a MGTOW, I haven't decided that yet but I totally understand where they're coming from and support it

just first of all mgtow is not a movement, just an idea or philosophy, you won't find people advocating for it

regarding your first & question

I've been in different relationships but it's all kinda the same

you start noticing similar patterns in different relationships, like they're connected somehow and repeat each other

so you start looking for an answer and for me and a lot of other guys the redpill and mgtow make more sense then the other nonsense, because all of people here or 90% of them have been bluepilled and acted according to that mindset and it led them here

the 2nd part of your second question though

it's not really fundamental as you think and I think you actually don't know mgtow enough because it's a spectrum, but the common thing is no marriage no cohabitation

you can find happiness in doing a lot of things not just women that's if you've decided to go full monk mode

and oh about the generalization thing

if you study some behavioral evolutionary psychology you will know how accurate the redill is about women

You are wrong and biased in your assumption that MGTOW are either men who were screwed over in family court or Incels. What about all the boys who saw their fathers get ruined by their mothers in court? Those guys weren’t screwed and aren’t incels. They, like most MGTOW have made a simple cost-benefit analysis and made the conclusion that modern relationships, marriage, dating, even pumping and dumping is either a scam for men or too risky to get involved with. A lot of other MGTOW, such as Jesus Christ, were too consumed with their life passion to bother with sexual relationships with women. Other men have gone MGTOW because almost all women aren’t feminine at all anymore (no women left). These guys believe you’d have to be gay to be attracted to an overbearing, loud, selfish, controlling masculine career woman. Most MGTOW though, are smart men who know that modern society hates them, and that the laws are stacked against men. They see that women are spoiled and privileged and are getting mass benefits via laws that extract wealth from men via taxation/government and redistributes it back to women via Obamacare, welfare, and much much more. Most MGTOW avoid women because women and the government that protects them has become so misandrist and toxic that for any rational man with any self respect or self esteem MGTOW has become the obvious best option for a happy life.

Everybody's answer is different, that's the beauty of the mindset, hard to call it a movement because of the difference in beliefs from person to person. For me though, I've always had the ability to pull women but now I just don't find that the juice is worth the squeeze. Ultimately I find that I'm much happier catering to my own needs and desires.

My primary reason for staying single and child-free is reduced financial responsibility. It allows me the freedom to reduce my work hours significantly and maintain ownership of my equity, which brings me peace and happiness.

As for sex, speaking only for myself, I highly desire novelty. My libido dropped rapidly when I was in a relationship, basically after a month of daily sex I would rather have a meal and play some video games instead. I couldn't imagine what would happen after 10/20/30 years, especially when they are significantly less attractive.

I’ve dated enough women to know why I can’t stand women and they bring me chaos but it COULD be the entitled women I chose. Attractive women can be a pain in the ass.

But I do suspect that a lot of guys in this forum are bitter incels who struggle more than the average man to get sex so are bitter.

I disagree with the premise of your question.

Look at it not as a "so, you got fucked over too?" scenario, but more from the standpoint of "So, uhh, you didn't know you were playing with fire, and got burned..."

If you are "fucked over" by a woman, it's not her fault, or yours. It's just that you were oblivious (most likely by being raised to be so) to the simple reality of the dynamics of how things work between men and women, and you paid a very pricey emotional (and also probably a financial one) to find out. But you weren't *fucked over*, you just were not equipped to effectively handle the situation effectively.

I have had several bad experiences with women, not so much financially painful. Expensive, but not destructive. But emotionally devastating, and recounting those experiences here is not appropriate for sub rules, and would be more appropriate for the other sub. I've learned much since then.

For the latter part of your post. When I want sexual satisfaction and my hand or fleshlight with KY doesn't cut it, I just hire a hooker. If I ever needed "cuddles", I'd get a dog and we'd watch the shit out of star-trek and the dog whisperer.

Not personally but I've seen my brother driven to attempt suicide over a girl that basically drained him of 40k without as much as even sucking his dick, and watched my father spiral down into alcoholism from my mother.
