As I go my own way I have been trying to figure out what I want my outward persona to be. The way I see it there are two personas on the MGTOW spectrum there are those who tend to be more invisible and try to stay unnoticed and avoid attention (the ghosts) and then there are the more desriable mgtows that do not hide or may even flaunt their high smv and success (the gliders). I think both of these personas have their pros and cons.

Gliders will have a high perceived SMV and thus will get more attention and be able to more effortlessly fuck women, but this comes at the cost of a lot of unwanted attention and drama from both sexes.

Conversely Ghosts get zero unwanted attention, but also may miss out on some opportunities/desirable attention. Not to mention it is hard to do well in the corporate world if you don't pretend to love socializing.

Currently I am undecided which side of the spectrum I want to be on. Part of me enjoys the feeling of power that comes with projecting success and confidence, but another part of me really dislikes interacting with 99% of society...
