All women are attention whores of some stripe. My own mother would do shit for me as a kid and when I thanked her she'd say "just be appreciative", which meant give me love and affection for it.

I've never met a woman that did not LOVE attention, particularly attention from men and especially from men that were attractive/rich/powerful/etc.

This is a feature not a bug in female psychology.

Once you see it, you'll see it everywhere.

Don’t go full monk. Not every man can do it. If you do decide to go mgtow, and you avoid your heart and mind and society’s yearnings for you to get married and throw your lot with a modern woman, then you should instead do this.

If you’re the average male, simply pump and dump once a week. Maintain open relationships. If anything is shifty or doesn’t feel right leave. If you or she cannot give “enthusiastic consent,” leave. If you or she is tired also leave. Only bang chicks that are all for it and ghost the scene afterwards. Don’t fuck classmates, peers, work mates, or anyone that can hurt you. And in between fucking sessions simply meditate and keep your mind calm.

Eventually you may very well go monk. After age 35 male libido tends to slowly drop and it’ll be easier to pursue a monk lifestyle.

All in all stay cautious, save for retirement, and follow the zen of ZFG and focus on your goals. Godspeed.

Note* not monk mode, but find myself going that way.

I am starting to think most don't decide to go monk mode it is that monk mode chooses you when you are ready. It just gets to where women are not worth it, so you just masturbate to porn instead of dealing with women as much. That loses interest too. Your goals change away from your old vagina chasing goals to self oriented goals. Over time you get to where it is just the way you approach things. Then when you decide to go monk mode, it is only changing one decision a month or so and not your whole way of life.

That's the power of this sub, or anyone who speaks the truth. It' self-evident; you don't have to take our word for it. Simply go outside and see it for yourself. Once your subjective/anecdotal evidence matches up perfectly with the larger empirical data you can never go back to the old paradigm even as much as you might want to.

Honestly, that is true for most men too. Expecting people to do shit for the good of their heart is really stupid. Ask yourself how often you do things out of the goodness of your heart. That means doing something that helps someone else, does not benefit you in any way, and without telling someone else about it for attention. When I was young and in college, I thought being selfish was bad. I understand now that is the default animal behavior and even if someone is trying their hardest, they will be selfish occasionally. What bothers me now is that people ignore the selfish choice and act out of spite. People have spite to complete strangers and will spend their time and energy making the spiteful choice.
