From my understanding, it's basically guaranteed. I have a couple that I've been friends with since we were all in high school. She tried making friends with some of the other military wives and basically couldn't handle being around them any more with how casually they talked about cheating basically starting the day their guy was deployed.

Story time!
Joined military at the ripe age of 18. While training reconnected with w chick I had known since 6th grade and we were actually good friends all way through middle school and high school so i had known her the better part of 8-9 years in which we actively talked etc etc. started getting closer and more intimate with one another to the point we decided to try a long distance relationship.
Fast forward about 6 months i to our relationship im training to deploy. Mind you the entire time we were dating i was encouraging her to go to school, set herself up for success, flee her out to my base to visit on my dime, flee home to see her snd family etc etc.
So i start my pre deployment training which consist of going and training where i cant have my phone on me at all times. Start noticing shes going out of her way to hang out with people(dudes) that i didnt know well every weekend. I get upset and bring that up to her and she complains they’re friends blah blah blah.
One week im training without my phone and get back to base notice instagram pics of her and these dudes. Call her out on her bullshit and eventually found out she slept at one of the guys place but she swears she only slept on the couch.
Long story short she cheated before I even made it to deployment. I refuse to date or get involved with any female while still serving they take advantage of you not always being home and not knowing whats going on but they have the audacity to be mad at you because youre never there to support them.

Well theres more details but honestly dont care enough to write them out. Her excuse was she had been drinking which I knew was going to happen as it was a birthday party. The part the broke the camels back was before she left for the night i only had one request. Text me before you go to bed so i know you’re safe for the night. Pretty simple fucking request even if drunk.
I didnt hear from her till the next afternoon and she said i was being clingy and controlling cause I worried she might had tried to drive home and gotten hurt.
Its all good now though thanks to MGTOW. Ive learned all woman no exceptions are truly heartless and dont have loyalty,respect, honor and common virtues all men hold. Watch a man and his reactions when he finds out his wife cheated. Hes torn down for months if not years. The woman? She’ll be on the next dick in a days time.

This is the depressing thing and heard very often where a guy thinks he knows a woman and for a long time but she still changes (or shows her real self). This is why I think so many guys are left bewildered and hurt when a relationship ends because they can't understand what happened to the girl they used to know. For the most part guys don't change. We older more mature but typically we don't do a 180 like these girls do.

I think part of why this is so common is that you become an adult when you join the military by signing a piece of paper (part of why it’s so attractive to young guys). So 17 -20 brand new joe who isn’t emotionally ready to be married gets married to 17-20 year old girl who isn’t emotionally ready to be married. So one or both cheat and they’re divorced at 22. Honestly if you join don’t get married until after you re-enlist or get out.
