Like others have said, don't sign shit. Ever. It's only used as an admission of guilt and a confession when they want to fuck you over, which they will, to protect some quota hire.

If you ever talk to HR, visibly have a camera rolling.

Time to lawyer up. If you’re part of a union, it’s time to give them a call too.

Do NOT sign anything without the presence of a lawyer.

I don’t know if this is a good move, but find out about the accusation as much as possible. It’s best to do this with a lawyer. Your lawyer will be able to advise you on this.

Retrace your steps, write down anything and everything you remember what you’ve done during the time frame of the accusation. Best if you’ve come across places with cameras. Establish your alibi. Leave no stone unturned.

Prepare to treat your company as an enemy. They have to protect their own interest by throwing you under the bus. They will show no mercy - prepare to do the same.

Don't sign any papers. Signing documents is an admission of guilt and can be used against you in legal proceedings later, and stop you from getting another job.

Whenever you sign something, you are entering into contact or amending a contract. Don't sign anything in that situation.

Time to start job hunting. This one is on the way out. And stop speaking to women at work about anything not job related.

Immediately start carrying a digital audio recorder. Run it the entire time you are at work.

Start keeping a journal. Log everything that happens throughout the day, within reason.

Get on that job search. Do not get fired without suing.

If you have ANY medical issues, file an FML claim immediately. Then if you are fired you have standing for a discrimination suit.

And learn how to be alpha. Some girls at work think you are creepy.

PM me if you want guidance on what you should do next with HR. You need to compose a conditional acceptance to the disciplinary action.

What documents did you sign? Have you contacted a lawyer?

Do you have an exact charge of a specific act(s) at specific time(s)? Did you do what she said? Or do anything vaguely PUA? Or is this some vague I'm uncomfortable around OP, he's gross/creepy etc... How much time have you spent around the accuser?

Have you retraced your steps during the period and built a timeline you can prove?
