A woman can define creep behavior and rape any way she wants. This guy was using innuendo and trying to flirt. She didn't like the way conversation was going or didn't like or see him as an alpha. Boom creep moment w/screen shot evidence to boot. She can torpedo his life by putting this screen shot on mass blast to the world. It is all too easy to go from dating app to finding his facebook and linked in accounts. Get his personal information (employer, family friends coworkers), craft an carefully worded email and or instant message, add a link, hit send. Done.

Effects will range from mild embarrassment to full on SJW rage depending on your personal circumstances.
