She doesn't care much about the kids. She is bringing them along to get extra money from sympathetic people. Someone taking this picture and making her out to be a hero proves that it's working.

I feel bad for the kids. What did they do to deserve this. Their life is going to be shit when they grow up.

I've seen this and other photos of her in the past. They went viral last year. People were outraged and called out her employer on it. The company that she "works" for claims that she was employed for a short time a while back. She is basically carrying around a delivery box to gain sympathy and fame. She berates her husband as a lazy gamer type, but other news sources reported him working in construction and as a food courier.
